I stumbled across James at an open home for the house that I now own. Having spent over 4 months looking at homes I have met a lot of agents and in particular a lot of agents who talk a lot and say they will do things, but usually let you down and you never hear from them again.

From the placement of my offer through the negotiations, James handled himself very professionally. He has a calm reassuring nature and communicates well. But real customer service for me is measured in the small things that some one does that you don't expect. James along with his team at the office communicated well during the contract period. Clear instruction on how the process would work and weekly contact to see if things were going OK and if I had any questions. Even once the contract had gone unconditional James still made random calls to see how I was going. Everything he said he would do or look into he did - and that means a lot to me.
